4. User-Submitted Content and Reviews

The Service allows you to post reviews and other content about coffee products and businesses. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Baristafy cannot be held liable for slanderous, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content submitted by a user. By posting a review, you acknowledge and agree that you, personally, may face legal repercussions — including civil liability — for slanderous, defamatory, or otherwise malicious or unlawful posts, and that Baristafy is not responsible for content it did not create.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
