Hot Mocha could of been hotter. 1st drink hit the spot. Was cold by 2nd. They have sandwiches that are very good. Looks are deceiving. A 2nd visit for sandwiches are definitely worth it.

Flavor was great and nice staff. Also had good breakfast sandwich. Not the best location and just walk up window with limited outside seating only but did look like regular crowd who was buying pup cups also for their dogs.
